FLV Fire Cinnamon Tasting Notes:
Fire Cinnamon flavoring concentrate formulated from the ground up for manufacturing and creating DIY recipes. Dry, hot cinnamon like fireball whiskey or one of its many clones on the back bar. Fire cinnamon is not a bakery cinnamon, but it is helpful for some fruit and candy applications.
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed to mix complex and layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Fire Cinnamon flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Fire Cinnamon flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in baked goods, sweet frosting, syrups, sugar free smoothie, or a cocktail beverage.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Fire Cinnamon flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.
Flavorah is a product meant for the artist who wants to be tasted not heard, and smelled but not seen.
We know success when we see the satisfaction on the faces of our customers who create their own recipes. We delight in seeing our customers' recipes making the world a more bountiful experience for everyone to enjoy.
Flavor Profile
Flavorah Fire Cinnamon delivers an intense, hot cinnamon experience with bold cinnamaldehyde character and fiery spice impact. The aroma presents intense cinnamon with that hot candy, Red Hots-style burn.
Opening notes reveal bold, hot cinnamon with immediate fire and intense spice impact. The body develops into burning territory with cinnamaldehyde heat and candy cinnamon depth. The finish is hot and lasting, leaving pronounced cinnamon fire.
This is an intense, potent cinnamon flavor designed for applications requiring serious heat. The fiery profile makes it ideal for hot cinnamon candy, fireball-style applications, and anywhere bold cinnamon impact is essential.
Complementary Flavors
Flavorah Fire Cinnamon pairs with apple, vanilla, and cream to balance its intensity. Its hot character requires careful pairing.
- Flavorah Apple: 2:1 for hot apple cider
- Flavorah Vanilla Custard: 4:1 to tame heat
- Flavorah Cream: 3:1 for cinnamon cream
- Flavorah Bourbon: 3:1 for fireball style
- Flavorah Caramel: 4:1 for hot caramel
Recipe Concepts
Create fireball-style profile by combining with Flavorah Bourbon. For hot apple cider, blend with Flavorah Apple. Use cream or vanilla to tame intensity while preserving character.
Mixing Notes
Extremely hot cinnamon — start very low. The cinnamaldehyde heat is intense. Cream and vanilla help balance fire. Best when heat is the desired feature.
