Flavor Profile
Flavorah Brut Bubble Wine delivers a sophisticated dry champagne experience with crisp white grape, subtle yeast, and realistic effervescent character. The aroma presents sharp, fermented fruit notes like opening a bottle of brut champagne over a fruit tray.
Opening notes reveal bright, crisp sparkling character with dry grape that feels like white grape juice filtered through a party flute. The body develops into tart, fizzy territory with subtle citrus and floral sparkle that somehow feels bubbly. The finish is slightly tannic with fermented fruit echo, leaving your palate dry rather than sweet.
This is a unique, sophisticated flavor rated 8/10 that captures authentic dry champagne character. The refined profile makes it perfect for mimosas, bellinis, spritzers, and any application where sparkling wine elegance is essential.
Complementary Flavors
Flavorah Brut Bubble Wine pairs exceptionally with fruit and floral flavors. Its dry character provides sophisticated cocktail foundations.
- Flavorah Blood Orange: 1:1 for mimosa
- Flavorah Elderflower: 2:1 for floral spritzer
- Flavorah Peach: 1:1 for bellini
- Flavorah Strawberry: 1:1 for strawberry champagne
- Flavorah Passion Fruit: 2:1 for tropical sparkle
Recipe Concepts
Create authentic mimosa by combining with Flavorah Blood Orange. For bellini, blend with Flavorah Peach. Works excellently in cocktail profiles, sparkling punches, and upscale fruit-flower blends with Elderflower and Cucumber elements.
Mixing Notes
Not sweet wine but dry, fizzy, and sophisticated. Resting develops yeast and toast notes. Best as accent or lead in refined blends. The tannic dryness requires fruit pairings for balance. Pairs with carbonation enhancers for full effect.
