All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed to mix complex and layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Cherry Filling flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.

Flavor Profile
Flavorah Cherry Filling delivers an authentic black cherry pie filling experience with tart Montmorency character, syrupy sweetness, and subtle graham hints. The aroma presents sweet, sticky cherry jam with subtle tartness and warm, almost baked undertones like fresh pie cooling on the windowsill.
Opening notes reveal sweet, luscious cherry syrup that is rich and syrupy without being sickly. The body develops into jammy, warm territory with soft baked fruit character and cozy pie filling appeal. The finish lingers with sweet cherry and just enough tart bite to keep it interesting.
This is a complete, medium-high intensity flavor rated 8.5/10 that captures authentic pie filling authenticity. The versatile profile makes it ideal for pies, tarts, pastries, and any application where genuine cherry filling character is essential.
Complementary Flavors
Flavorah Cherry Filling pairs beautifully with chocolate, cream, and pastry. Its jammy character creates outstanding dessert profiles.

Mixing Notes
The Montmorency tartness prevents excessive sweetness. Resting allows graham notes to emerge. Thick, syrupy character is like liquid fruit preserves. Excellent building block for dessert recipes.
