Less is more with this potent flavor enhancer as we suggest using it in the range of 0.2% -1%. It is really meant to boost the tart/fizzy note to any of your bright fruit blends. It will also add sweetness. A citrus note becomes more noticeable as the usage rates increases so be gentle with this one but have fun experimenting with it.
